Council of International Schools

I've been teaching at a great school in Asia for a number of years, and I'm hoping to move to Europe, next school year. I've already joined Search. Is it worth joining the Council of International Schools? The candidate application process is quite demanding, requiring a page-length statement including background and education philosophy, and criminal background checks for countries you've lived in. Some of the schools in which I'm interested use both Search and CIS. Is Search enough for those schools, do you think?

If you don't want to go through an agency, try the TES website. Every year, all year, there are lots of jobs posted for Europe.

Dredge, I've already joined an Agency: Search. I haven't been looking on TES though. I will - thanks.
