Graduate Assistant 1000 chf with accomodation and food provided.Should I?
1. Is it a teaching position, or more like a student residence don?
2. Is it a teacher's assistant in the classroom?
3. Does it come with boarding house duties (which guaranteed will suck up your time and I am sure your contract will state something like "other duties as assigned")?
If you are a certified teacher, doing this won't help you land jobs elsewhere. In fact, it might cause directors to question why you "settled" for this, instead of getting a "real" teaching job.
Just some thoughts.
