Spain- No E.U Passport

Hello. I am a Canadian who has overseas experience teaching ESl, Geography, and American Lit. I have a Masters of Ed and am currently completing my B.Ed. I am looking to work in Spain but I was not able to attend the job fairs and I do not have an E.U passport. What are my chances of relocating to Spain (Madrid) and finding a decent job in a reputable school once I get there. Any advice or tips?

Due to the overwhelming number of responses I have been getting on the last post I will modify the question........... Which of the European Union countries would I have the best shot of getting a job without a E.U passport?
