Hi all,

I am registered with SA but am new to the organization. Is SA entitled to any part of your pay if you apply and accept a job through their website? Also, if you apply directly to a school but they are associated with SA is SA entitled to anything from you?

It is the schools that pay Search upon hire, not the candidates.

The school pays the agency (SA ISS) a placement fee of about $1500. It does not come out of your salary. If your a SA candidate and an SA school hires you then the school is supposed to pay the placement fee.
