Getting hired by EU school at Search London?

Does anyone know what it takes to get hired by a school in the EU at Search London? I'll be attending this fair, and although my first choice of region is Asia, I'm intrigued by a few EU schools who will be at this fair.
I don't have an EU passport (nor do I have the ancestral connections to get one). I'm not part of a teaching couple. What I do have is years of IB experience and IB trainings/workshops up the wazoo, plus an advanced degree, certification, and some good intangibles on my resume. Anyone know if this is enough to get some interviews with EU schools in London?
