Teach Away company

These guys are looking for teachers (300 of them) in Abu Dhabi. They state 3800-5500 USD/month, airfare, housing.
Anyone know anything. It sounds fishy, but I'm curious.

Teach Away has been discussed a number of times on this forum. To summarize they specialize in public/municipal school placements in hardship regions. They target young and inexperienced teachers, newly out of university. They are not a scam, but are barely one step above an ESOL recruiter, and a number of their positions are Bilingual teaching positions.
You will not get everything no matter how amazing they make it sound. There is a clause that your agreement is with the school not Teach Away, and any grievances are between you and the contracting school. Teach Away is not responsible for anything they promise/say. The salaries are quoted based on theoretical maximums, that most teachers applying through Teach Away dont qualify for. Housing conditions can vary dramatically even within a school.
