Anyone have any up-to-date info on life in Bolivia, the school, or anything glaring? I'm really interested in a position there but am waiting for the other shoe to drop...any tips would be appreciated 8)

My friends enjoyed the school there, made friends with locals at the club, toured some interesting spots around Bolivia and generally enjoyed it. Then one got altitude sickness and had to leave...sealed their fate as the other wasn't going to stay without the one...

Its a good tier 2 school. Good location, nice social life, CoL is low. Its a very "average" and typical example of a school that functions well given its demographic. Bolivia is a fun place, and social opportunities are pretty easy. The students, parents and administration is what youd expect. Academics are the priority but the students are generally bright and well resourced, no one has to try to hard to succeed.
About the only persistent complaint is that globally the money isnt anything special. You can live well in the region on the local economy, but if you have outside obligations or need to live more on the "Apple" economy things get hard very quickly.
