As someone who worked in Addis at ICS for many years, i can tell you Ethiopia is a fascinating place to live. As far as the school goes, package is good, colleagues are great, kids are WONDERFUL, the campus is beautiful with new HS and MS buildings........ however .... from what I have heard the new admin team is not so great.... very micromanaging and not so great ..... look into this carefully before making any decisions.... Hope this helps!!
