What are the top 5 European schools? Schools with strong packages, solid curriculum and inspiring directors.

Strong curriculum is easy to find; strong packages almost impossible.

My understanding is that a number of the Eastern European international schools (Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, Prague) have excellent packages and are strong schools. I've also been told that it's hard to get jobs at them. Does anyone else know anything?
