If housing is taken care of complety then it is a good affer, many schools in Sing have housing allowance that will not cover even the cheapest condo near the school.
What is the tax situation?

Non-Residents are taxed at 15%.
If thats with included housing and thats final then thats a good salary. I agree most housing allowances are not sufficient, i would also be concerned that if your provided housing that it may well be very basic, and potentially unsuitable for you.
Does the housing include "fees" and utilities? How far is it from the school? What about the rest of the package?
