I realise that this is a bit of a large topic, but I have interviews set up with some schools in India. Could anyone give any feedback about living there/general work environment etc etc please. I´ve never been there, but always been interested.

IMHO if you get an offer at AES New Delhi or AS Bombay you should take it. Either school is top notch and they make living there as easy as they can, even though it is India.
