To go to the recruitment fair like one of the Search fairs.....do I need to be a member of Search Associates to sign up and go????? Thanks

You do have to join Search Associates, and you have to be invited to the fair; you don't just "sign up and go."

Thanks but I wouldn't do that out of respect for the teachers who paid their fees to have an opportunity to attend the fairs to seek a job. Doesn't seem right to me.

Integrity, or lack of it, shows up in many places. If you don't have it before you get a job... Looks like Andy has his and it'll serve him well at whatever school he chooses to work at.

Thanks for the kind words. I have been blessed with great parents. I preach it to 192 kids almost daily - got 3 very special ones at home too. Can't just talk it, gotta live it too. Enjoy the day.

Also - I'm new to SKYPE. When a school asks for your SKYPE address, should I provide them with my username or my email address or something different?????????? Thanks yet again!

You give them your Skype username.
