Hi, can someone please inform me whether 1.5million Thai Baht per year (gross) is a comfortable figure to live on? Accomodation is free, however bills are not. I have 3 dependants. There is a 10% gratuity p.a. and flights at start and end of 2yr contract.

YES thats a VERY good salary and is a first tier salary level. Utilities will amount to very little, and since housing is provided you will be able to save a significant amount. Taxes are pretty low overall. Usually real IS salaries start at 100K+.

Is there higher, yes. ISBs salary scale tops out at about 3 mil.
