Differences in Schools

Does anyone have an opinion about whether they would rather teach in an UAE area or GCC country?

The UAE are part of the GCC. I never considered the UAE as they seem to have no culture except for a high degree of consumerism. Shopping is not my hobby. Am enjoying Muscat.

How do you think Muscat differs from UAE areas near Oman?
