KIS International School, Bangkok. Only one review and appears positive. What do people know about the school and surrounding area. I am looking for stability in my next position and want any information about school life, growth and life outside of school,
Thanks

If you mean KIS as in Kesinee International School then a good friend of mine works there and has done for quite a few years and although he doesn't rave about the place, it seems good enough. Although they are not the best payers in Bangkok they do seem to be able to hold on to their staff pretty well. They have good facilities and have been running IB programmes for quite a while. If you're looking to be somewhere for a while, don't really want the pressures of being in a top school but still want to be treated ok then I'd say KIS is not a bad option at all.
I visited the place a couple of times for different reasons and can definitely say that the location is good. It's far enough from the main city center to not feel right in the thick of it, but close enough to the center that if you wanted to go out then you're only a short cab ride to the nearest subway station and to the nearest shopping malls.

Re: Bangkok
Bumping this to see if anybody has any new info. A friend of mine went to an IB conference a few years ago and liked the location. Anyone know how the overall package here is?
