Dubai, Qatar or Abu Dhabi???

I am a 23 year old secondary English teacher, I have currently started applying for jobs in the Middle East. I have applied to the places named above and was wondering if people could reply with their experiences of the different places?

I also targeted the ME for my last search. I ruled out the UAE as too Westernized. Qatar and Oman were high on my list, as they have an actual culture of their own. Am now in Oman; very friendly people, nice climate for most of the year, not so glitzy as UAE (the buildings in Muscat are at most seven stories tall), beautiful landscapes. Friends from here visit Qatar regularly and they feel Doha is somewhat more modern.
