Does anyone know of someone at the age of 61 being hired in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland?

Sorry I havent, the limit to secure a work visa for any of those countries is 65 in Switzerland and Austria, and 63 in Germany. You are very near to retirement age in all of those countries. Western europe is pretty competitive, you dont just "walk into" a position in one of those countries. Without an EU passport Switzerland is almost impossible.
