Need some tech advice

A school I'm interested in has these requirements for applying:

In order to fill out the Application Form you need to have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed in your computer. If you don't have it click here to download.
* Current résumé in English which includes contact information, post-secondary educational history, work history describing the ...
* Letter of intent (optional)
Please send the above to XXX as one electronic (PDF) attachment with the file name as follows: (deleted)[/b]
I've filled out the PDF application, but how on earth do I include my resume with the app? I can easily save the resume (Word doc) as a PDF, but then how do I put the two together as one attachment?? Please speak slowly and use simple words. Thanks for your help.
