When do schools start expressing interest?

My husband and I have responded to 10 -15 job openings over the past 2 months. Would you recommend follow-up e-mails? When should you expect a response when applying to international schools?

I would definitely suggest a followup email or phone call, particularly for those schools you are really interested in. As for a timeline, contracts are probably just being returned now and internal shuffling will take place soon so if you were to receive a response then anytime would be the answer.
