RISS, Ho Chi Minh City

Read the reviews about RISS and I am wondering about it. The salary seems pretty good from what I saw on Search. Is is worth being there for the saving potential?
School is going through a rough patch and they're not sure if they will get out of it. Poor financial planning lead to this situation. The same is occuring to several schools in the city.
The issue in Saigon is that there are maybe ten "international" schools in town, but the city doesn't have the market for such an abundance of these types of schools. So, you have 6-7 of these schools running international programs (IB and IGCSE) for local kids who are barely able to stay above water. So if you aren't moving toward more of an "international" model (ie. ISHMC, SSIS, BIS) or have millions backing you (ie. ACG) you are going to run into problems.
