Is there a shortage of PYP, MYP or IB Visual Arts teachers in Asia?

I've been seeing quite a few openings in SE Asia and ME; most seem to be PYP or elementary, a level that I'm not interested in.

My wife teaches high school art and whenever we have gone recruiting she is always in demand. Usually there are fewer openings but way fewer applicants as well. We last recruited in 2007.
