Favorite administrators and why?

Who were some of the best administrators you worked with and why did you like them? Did you ever stay in a location because of staying with that administrator? Thanks!
Jean Vahey (now CEO of ECIS) was tough - however, she knew how to keep expat teachers happy and make a school run smoothly.
Jeff Paulson (now superintendent of ECA in Venezuela) was a fantastic high school principal. He was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Before his arrival at my last post, half of the HS faculty intended on leaving. After a few months, they all decided to sign on for another year.
It was a pleasure to work with these individuals. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
