Hi all -

We are a teaching couple, eager to embark on our first overseas adventure next summer. We have two sons - one will be 5 next August and the other will be 3.5 and therefore, misses the cutoff at many schools which require kids to be 4 by September or October (his birthday is December).

The questions is, what are the preschool options (we are most interested in Asia but also looking at Europe) for those kids of working parents? Is this a fair question to ask during interviews at the recruitment fair?

Many thanks in advance!

There are several international schools that have preschool and preK programs, some starting as early as age 3. There are also private preschool programs in most areas in your school doesn't have a program for 3 year olds. Also, I would guess that most teachers who have young children hire a nanny to take care of their children.
