Hi there. We're teaching in a school that allows 4 kids, but we're not thrilled with the school. We have three kids and would like to add a 4th, but we know that's going to limit our choices of schools. Any advice on good schools that allow tuition remission for 4 kids would be helpful. Thanks!

Do you think of QSI as a good school?

QSI has good and bad points. They try to keep the school uniform and enforce some things but are flexible in others.
Like every other job it is all about the Director. Get a gem and it is great. Get a bad one and your life will suck.
With kids I would stick to schools of about 100 kids.
QSI philosophy is harder at big schools, really small schools may not be a good fit for your kids.
Salary and benefits package is uniform worldwide, so you need to research costs yourself. What you save location to location can very a lot.
The person that hires doesn't know the conditions in all locations.
Great Insurance, they pay on time and are transparent with contracts.
Good opportunity for getting into Admin.
