Tuition benefit for children of Local Hires

I would like to hear whether or not your school offers the benefit of tuition to the children of local hire faculty and staff. What kind of plan, if any, does your school offer?

Is there any tuition benefit for local hire faculty? Does your school discriminate between faculty and staff regarding the benefit? Is there complete tuition relief, or a graded scale of tuition reduction?

I would appreciate very much any response. If you can be specific (regarding name of school and description of benefits) without causing yourself any trouble, please do so.

Thanks in advance!

our school used to offer free tutition to local hires' children. the new super put a stop to that, now they (the local hires) pay half. our school hires lots of locals and only a few international teachers so it makes it cheaper for the school.

Originally for local hire certified native English speaking Teachers -75%
" " " Assistants -50%

This was later reduced to Teacher -50%, and Assistants -25%

For non native speakers the discount was -25% (to the best of my knowledge)
