Those ISs that stick with Schrole wont be at the fair, its easy enough for SA to monitor and enforce. There might be something worked out at some point.
Fairs dont work that way, they want F2F time, they arent going to send you to Schrole to fill out an application, they are going to take your resume and use your SA dossier.
Its not going to limit ITs at all, SA has no way of monitoring or enforcing candidates to one agency or jobs service. Its have been registered with SA and ISS for years in the past and its not an issue in terms of candidate ITs.

Re: Signing with ISS
I applied last year at a Schrole school also with SA. When I contacted HR regarding the position and explained I was with SA, they told me not to bother with the Schrole application.
Sorted.
Sorted.
Re: Signing with ISS
Just to keep people updated, I have signed up with ISS-Schrole and now have an active profile. The process was ok but a little complex as they wanted more information on my career background down to percentage of time in each subject I taught. That took a bit of working out until I got it right. I sent some queries to their support line and got pretty quick responses from people from Schrole and ISS.
There are lots of jobs on the system. I did a search and there are over 1100 right now which seems a lot.
I've got notifications on a few jobs that fit my profile and have a few active applications in the system and schools are in contact with me. We'll see what happens there.
I have registered for the Bangkok fair which was really simple- just clicking on the register button. Hopefully I won't have to attend. The experience has been fine, but it really depends if I get a job out of it. I'll keep you posted.
