Stay tuned - but it would likely be for 2021 - 2022 as we are full complement for next year. Now just to see what's happening out in the world and whether we can get them here in a timely fashion or whether we start blended or entirely online...

There arent really any limitations, assuming hes flexible he will be able to find various language work. Whats rally going to be the limiting factor is in regions where the MO has requirements for teaching in regulated (public/maintained) DSs and a few ISs. Hong Kong for example requires DTs and ITs to be registered. Your spouse isnt likely going to make those requirements based on Teach Now and no experience.
