The highest I found with a Masters at the ISs entry cap was USD$64,502.

Could be.
Not all ISs are on Search after all, and the profiles I have are from a few months ago.
The average might be lower actually, as the really crappy and low-paying ISs tend not to join SA, but instead recruit through other channels, although some of those don't really deserve to be called an IS. Not that the OP will end up at one of those though, I hope.

So refreshing when a school just publishes their salary scale – many schools are secretive about it, and some don't even share it with their own staff. It are of course usually the high-paying schools that don't try to hide it.

Yeah, I only post from experience, research, and reliable and trusted resources. Then you put in the OSH package and your at 6 figures.

OP was asking about salary.
Still, with 64K, you can save a whole lot, 20K+ or 30K+, depending on lifestyle, more if you're very frugal.

ABD is not applicable to Masters. It is a official status for Doc programs: All But Dissertation.

@Heliotrope
The LW also asked for what would be nice and included "Of course the standard of flights yearly, free accomidation, free education, visa and health insurance is must." Asking for salary may actually be asking for comp.
@Sid
There is nothing official about it, but yes ABD is typically used to indicate a doctoral candidate who has yet to defend their dissertation as the only requirement for the conferral of the doctoral degree. All but done is a play on words.

Yet he was asking specifically for salary.

Youre assuming the LW is a "he" and they specifically asked what would be a nice salary and 6 figure would be a nice salary, unless you disagree?

Yes, when (s)he wrote 'salary', I assumed (s)he meant 'salary', and you assumed (s)he meant salary and benefits.
So yes, we had different assumptions.

Yes, when they wrote salary and "flights yearly, free accomidation, free education, visa and health insurance) I assumed they may have meant comp, so I agree we had different interpretations.
