Agree with @WT123, traffic looked crazy dangerous but its all stop and go, stop and go where your never moving far enough to get above 20mph. Ive seen people hit on bicycles, where the person just gets up and maybe their tire rim is bent, but they walked away from it.

Its not the speed that will kill or hurt you, its all the other crazy behaviours that might do you in, and if it not the cars then its the electric scooters, motorcycles or bicyclists that sneak right up on you that will.

that was pretty much my experience also. jerk locals who could care less about hurting someone. the flashing lights thing really got to me, they never liked it much when i would slap the brakes either! the lorries are bad too.

Most lorries stuck to the 40, or the ring roads. Fortunately I was able to avoid most of them :-) But yeah - hated the speed maniacs who felt they owned the road. Best one I was was a Lambo crushed between divider, another car and another car in front trying to go around "slower" traffic. Q8 had the most amazing accidents hands down.
