Even if that was the case the recruiting time for the fairs would have been irrelevant, which it wasnt. They just went through potentials that were better, but they couldnt close, and they didnt want to risk losing Amy as their candidate pool dimminished in talent.
The law is if a school wants you they act like they really want you.
