If you have spent anytime reading on this message board you quickly learn to take any psyguy recommendations with a grain of salt. He is intelligent, but has a take on things bordering on neurotic know-it-all. That being said he occasionally offers very good advice.

Do not go Rouge. Bad form! Bug the crap out of your associate and get into the fair before doing something like that. I would never want to hire, work with, or work for someone who was willing and/or wanting to participate in these types of shenanigans.

Doing that is a good way to ruin your reputation, and in this business in the end that is all we have. Word does get around to good schools, and they will avoid/ blacklist you.

My recommendation is to apply to the schools directly through search or tie, and tell them you are willing to come for a personal interview. This shows you are serious about the job, and more then likely the schools will let you interview with Skype in the end pending that you are good match for them.
