I HIGHLY recommend reading poor Teacher by Andrew Hallam for easy to understand tips on saving for retirement while abroad.
Sorry I'm a little late replying. It's been a crazy week. My campus is being renovated with us still inside: gas leak, ceilings removed, jackhammers outside my classroom, kids running to the windows in the middle of the math lesson to watch the bulldozers work... fun, fun fun! :)
Anyway, I wanted to say thank you to everyone who replied. I'm learning a lot. Kby, I'll definitely check out that book.
