You're sadly wasting your time, Danda. You could provide a signed affidavit from the Brindisi director himself, stating the housing and tax situation, but we all know that PsyGuy has taught everywhere in the world and is the last word on absolutely everything to do with international teaching.

Anyway, Danda, thanks for clearing that up. It was exactly as I thought. (Though I still wouldn't really want to work in Brindisi!)

I have no intention of trying to convince PysGuy. I stopped trying to convince him of anything after he said Shenzhen was authentic, small, cheap and famous for hotpot. That is just crazy talk.

I do know the current Director in Brindisi because he was my boss last year, but I have no intention of emailing him. I trust my friends that teach there now. My friends are looking to get out because they'll have to start paying taxes next year.
