International Schools Services (ISS) represents both ISS and regular/independent international schools. They are smaller and tend to work with the more competitive schools.
ISS organizes a VERY competitive fair in Bangkok early in the recruitment season and then a couple in the USA usually in February.
I've been with them for over 10 years and although I don't believe their service to be exemplary (secured my current post via Skype), at this point I feel like it's better to work with the devil you know than the one you don't. When and if I leave my school I will probably work with them again.
