Does anyone know the differences between the 2 schools in Phnom Penh? One more N. American or UK? package? facilities? atmosphere?

I assume you are referring to Northbridge and ISPP. I had some communications with Northbridge during the recruiting season. Nothing too serious, but they did mention they only hire IB experienced teachers and are heavily into IB. I don't know much about ISPP except that they are located in the city center, whereas Northbridge is in a more suburban setting out by the airport. Of course this can be a good or a bad thing, depending on what you are looking for.
