What is the real deal with CES ?

What is the "real deal"
with CES (Cairo English School) ?

1) I know it is owned by ESOL but I am concerned about
the reviews that state that this school
pays its teachers a lower salary than other schools
in Egypt ?
2) I am also worried when I read that the 3,000 (Egyptian currency)
that CES provides per month for housing
is not enough to get a nice apartment in Maadi!
Any thoughts on this by any member here who has actually lived
and worked in Cairo ?

I would like to hear replies to your questions too, as they are questions I have. I was told to share with another teacher and together you can get a nice place. One concern I have is that they say you can not work at another school in Cairo after you leave? Can anyone give any advice?
