GRC now for profit?

Heard GRC is now operated + managed by Global Recruitment Private Limited, and no longer by the schools that use the service for recruitment themselves, with AS Bombay doing most of the work.
Did they merely outsource the work, or is it now fully for profit like Search Associates?

Do you have to pay to register or join? I haven't received any notifications from them about changes to the format, needing to pay or it being under new ownership.

I read that the person who started GRC -Craig Johnson- isn't head at AS Bombay anymore, so can't run it anymore from there as he was before.
Maybe the member schools just came up with Global Recruitment Private Limited to have that entity run it instead of being dependent on a specific school.

There isnt any change for ITs. Craig could have continued running it, but it was a rather thankless job that did use resources. Its all cloud based so its very mobile.
Its still essentially non-profit and further that management isnt intending to make any coin going into anyones pocket off of it, but its a business its going to have costs.
