International Teacher References

Post by Twoshoes »

Hi,

First thanks for taking the time to read this.

My partner's brother is doing an HR degree and looking into problems encountered by people moving often. I have moved to two different countries myself and have found it hard to gain my previous work reference as my old head was on bereavement leave. I told my brother-in-law this and he asked if I could survey a few friends. Obviously my friends would not make any data have a serious confidence level. So if you guys wouldn't mind filling out this survey, I would be very grateful. It will, literally, take 2 mins. 10 questions with multiple choice answers.

Thanks.

References arent a big issue in IE, the premium agencies require them and even the jobs servers like TIE and TES offer options to store confidential references.

The problem is when all your references are on Search and suddenly schools are all wanting Schrole, for example.

Thats all true, and I agree, but adding some new independent third . reference repository, isnt going to fix that. If recruiters want Schrole, thats what they want.
