Last Minute Visa to Denmark

Anyone ever work in Denmark and can advise about visa process?
A last minute position came up and I have a skype interview tomorrow. Classes start August 15th.

How quickly could I get the correct visa?

The school will advise you. They know all the ins and outs.

Same day if you had too, but mail service wouldnt be longer than a week, if they rushed it. Not that any of that would be necessary, they would have you come in on a landing visa (tourist) and then they would convert it to a work visa and apply for the resident permit. Its literally the last thing to be concerned about.

It would also depend on your citizenship.

I would agree with @Thames Pirate, I assumed you were US/UK/CAN/AUS and there is no requirement for a visa for short stay, which can be converted/obtained after arrival, however the list of nationalities is extensive of those who do need a visa for any type of visit.
