David Cope but its more because they cant charge candidate fees in the UK for registering. There are of course variations and some of the newer associates are more involved in the process but none of them are really going to give you the experience of an executive recruiter. Its more about the personality you mesh with thats going to influence the relationship you have with your recruiter. You can always contact them and just pick their brain for a couple minutes, tell them you are an IT or ET in Japan and you can contact any of them.
