A buddy of mine wants to teach overseas and asked me which is better.
I used both, mainly Search, but always thought that they were only moderately helpful. ISS's fairs and schools somehow seemed higher quality.
Any suggestions so he can get a more rounded education?

Im surprised you need consul on the issue. SA is the premium agency that thats the generalist. A lot of ISs but a lot of them are lower tier. There is a lot of growth in IE, but its almost entirely in the 3rd tier. Associates with SA vary greatly, some are slightly helpful, some just activate your access, and maybe will get you an invitation to a fair. In general everyone gets treated about the same.
ISS is more the boutique experience, and its really feast or famine. ISS will ignore you if you arent a valuable commodity to them, if you are you get s lot more individualized attention. Its almost night and day. ISS has a higher concentration of better ISs, ISS has fewer lower tier ISs overall.
