CIS Recruitment Fair 2016

I am signed up to the Council of International Schools January 2016 recruitment fair and would like some advice from others who have been through a similar type of recruitment event. What should I expect? How does the process work? How do I secure interviews? Any insight would be helpful.

Have you tried searching the forums? There has been a LOT written on recruiting events and fairs over the years.
