Jakarta International school, elementary school

I have a job next year at the elementary school at JIS but my international teaching friends tell me that the teachers are leaving from there in large numbers and there are real problems at the school. I was happy but now I am really nervous about going there now but there is nothing on the review page. Is it just rumor?
