I was accepted by search associates as a candidate and my associate sent me an email with payment options. I opted for the PayPal route as it would be less turn around time. It's been a week and my associate still hasn't activated my account. The money was taken from my account that same day, so I know the payment was successful. I sent my associate the receipt and the associate hasn't responded. I have called with no response. I'm quite disheartened because this associate has amazing reviews on here and I do not understand what I have done wrong.
What should I do?
Should I be more patient and wait even longer?
Can I contact anyone?
How long should I wait to have my account activated?
