Anyone know anything about AWSAJ Academy?

I do.
It is a school for learning disabled Qatari kids. Very small class sizes, very well remunerated, extremely well resourced. Some outstanding professionals working there.
You would be working under the aegis of the Qatar Foundation with all the benefits (and drawbacks) that this would entail. You would be living and working in Qatar (ditto benefits/drawbacks etc)
If SEN is your bag then you could be in for a treat in terms of PD, state of the art facilities etc.
If you can't manage the middle east vibe then don't bother.

What drawbacks do you mean?

I am looking for a place where I can save money, learn Arabic, read, watch movies on my computer. THEN I can go to another school like the others that I worked at that are more challenging, less comfortable.
