Advocacy Group for Minority International School Teachers?

Can anyone recommend a group that advocates for the rights of international school teachers of ethnic minority backgrounds?

I can't think of anyone who advocates for international school teachers, full stop, with the possible acception of ISR.

Yup, not common at all...

It would be interesting, that is for sure. I'm under the impression each year there are more teachers out there from minority ethnic groups...
