Hello,
I am a newbie and will be attending a recruiting fair next month. I know that it is important to be able to talk the talk when interviewing with international schools. What are some of the buzz words that veterans or prior fair attendees have been asked about? I want to make sure that I am on the right track. Oh by the way, I'm a Primary Teacher.

I've been to 3 fairs (some successful, some not so much). It's not really about buzz words. Just put yourself in the position of the int'l School Head. What would you like to hear?
Being able to speak competently about your subject, teaching philosophy, classroom management etc. They will want to hear that you are flexible, comfortable with collaboration and are likely to be low maintenance and likely to stick around in a strange new country/culture. Anything you can do to speak to these areas will be useful.
