At one of the two schools I would work at in the country - Muscat. Otherwise, Doha. at one of the three schools I would work at. At present. I wouldn't work at any Bahraini schools.
Just my two halalas....

I have had many friends live and teach in Muscat. They all say it is very family oriented. Great with kids. Nice community. I know that living in Dubai was not so family friendly...more of a singles place.

Not very original but: MUSCAT hands down
You will need to buy a car tho but that is also true for the other 2.
Doha a very distant 2nd, Bahrain 3rd.

Doha, but as was previously mentioned its more a singles location.
