The Eternal Struggle with Broken Headphones

Post by Helen Back »

Not the usual kind of post, admittedly. Every school I've been in has had computer audio issues due to broken headphones, broken jack plugs, pulled wires, etc. Has anybody ever solved this? I was thinking of buying some of those cheap headphones you get on airplanes. They cost about a dollar a pair by the time they've been shipped but need to be bought in bulk. The other possibility was bluetooth headphones, with no wires attached. Not sure how well that would work with 25 of them all working at the same time in the same room. Thoughts?

Have studnts use their own headphones usually their buds that come with their iPhone. Bluetooth might work, but when they get lost or taken they will be a costly loss. Bulk headphones will just get used up.

Second the motion. Kids bring their own headphones.
