@Sid is grossly in error, I never made a claim that not filing your taxes is the smart route. What I did claim is that not filing your taxes for ITs isnt some pile of woes and troubles that @Sid suggests it is. If you file great, if you owe and you want to pay great, if you dont file great, if you dont file because you owe, maybe not so great, and that is what smart ITs know to be true.
